Our contracts all include the following services as "standard" features:

• Ongoing Maintenance of Website (units or hours included depends on contract)
• Technical Support (we give our advice and support free of charge)
• Priority Support (we get to your request faster)
• Due to the deep discounts only Yearly Maintenance contract options are available

There are several things one should know about our Webmaster Services:

• The maintenance packages are designed to save you money over purchasing maintenance separately. Although the maintenance hours are non-accumulating from month to month, we will use any remaining time in a month to ensure that your site is performing at its optimal level.
• Contracts are defined in terms of maximum hours per month, which means that a 2-hour monthly contract entitles the website owner up to 2 hours of labor for the agreed upon monthly price.
• Contracts are "discounted" compared to the maximum number of hours allowed per month. For example, 2-hour monthly contract will cost less than paying for 2 hours of labor in that given month.
• Any work done in excess of the maximum allowed hours will be billed at a reduced hourly Maintenance Plan rate
