MetroNet (Ethernet over Copper)

MetroNet EoC (Ethernet Over Copper) utilizes multiple bonded copper pairs in the same conduit to reach businesses where fiber optic facilities are either not available or cost prohibitive. Advances in technology have allowed both increases in data speeds and distances from the aggregation equipment when utilizing traditional copper wires, making solutions like EoC to become more attractive options for businesses.

MetroNet EoC is available through the following offerings:

MetroNet Basic

MetroNet Basic provides basic internet access and offers download speeds of up to 3 Mbps and upload speeds up to 500Kbps.

MetroNet E

MetroNet E (Enhanced) provides internet access and is available in download speeds of up to 3 Mbps, 6 Mbps, & 12 Mbps with upload speeds up to 1Mbps.

MetroNet ES

MetroNet ES (Enhanced Synchronous) provides customers with internet access with upload speeds that match the subscribed download speed. It is available in speeds of 2 Mbps, 5 Mbps, 10 Mbps, 15Mbps, 20Mbps, 30Mbps, and 40Mbps.
